By using Bithra, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the app.
2. About the Service
Bithra is a habit-tracking app that uses garden-themed gamification for personal motivation. It is for entertainment and self-improvement only.
3. Not Medical Advice
Bithra does not provide medical, mental health, or wellness advice. It is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Always consult qualified professionals for health-related decisions.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse the service, cheat game mechanics, reverse engineer the app, upload harmful content, or use Bithra for unlawful purposes.
5. Game Mechanics
Streaks, rewards, plant states, and game rules may change at any time. Progress depends on accurate device time; modifying your device clock may affect results and could lead to restricted features.
6. Intellectual Property
Bithra and its visual assets, code, and branding are owned by us. You retain ownership of the habit content you create. You grant us a license to store, sync, and process that content to provide, secure, and improve the service, including de-identified, aggregated analysis (for example grouping habit themes to improve the catalog). This license is not a sale of your content and does not allow us to sell your personal data or publish your habit text as yours.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Bithra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bithra. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, if any.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time and permanently delete your account through Settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes may require you to accept the updated version before continuing to use the app.
